Cinetana is the AI studio we built to make our own faceless YouTube videos. Ideas, scripts, pictures, motion, the edit and the upload all happen in one place. This site shows how each part is done, with the real work.
We do not film anything. We write, picture, animate and cut, with a person at every step. The models do the heavy lifting. The judgement stays with us.
Each video passes the same five stations, in order. Nothing goes to the next station until a person has looked at it.
00:00:00:00One viewer question, one hook, one format, written on the Ideas board.
00:00:12:04Drafted by a Claude model, rewritten for the voice, checked by a person.
00:01:03:17A still for every line, made with Google's Gemini image model.
00:02:40:09The strongest stills are set in motion with Kling, a third-party video model.
00:04:58:21Voice, shots, captions and Shorts on one timeline, then a careful upload.
Each topic collects the guides we are writing on one part of the craft, shown with our own scripts, frames and edits. No rankings of other tools, no prices, no growth promises.

A pregnancy story wants soft dawn light. A home repair video wants a work light under the sink. A survival video wants a fire at dusk. Each channel keeps its own look in its settings, so every new video matches the last.
These three frames were made for this page in the style of those channels. They are AI-generated stills, like every image on this site.

A faceless studio can be used badly. These are the lines we keep on our own channels, and in every guide on this site.
Cinetana is not for sale, and there is nothing to sign up for. This site is where we show how the work is done: the scripts, the frames, the edits and the rules we keep.
